How can I place an order?
Because we provide customized products, you can confirm the order details and place the order with us via WhatsApp or email.
Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes. For the custom packaging and accessories MOQ is 30 pcs, custom wig care products and hot tools MOQ is 10. Some specific products MOQ is from 50–500 pcs.
Can I see the mock up before production?
Yes. After we receive your payment, we will provide a mock-up design for your review. We’ll continue to revise the design until you are fully satisfied. Your approval of the final design is required before we proceed with production.
Can I order sample?
We accept sample order, but the price of the sample order will be more expensive than the unit price of the bulk order because of the special nature of custom products.
Is your price included the custom fee?
Yes. All the price includes logo added if you reach the MOQ.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Western Union, Remitly, Wire Transfer, ACH Transfer.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be quoted based on the quantity and weight of the products. Please contact us for more details.
When will my order be shipped and how long does delivery take?
Our custom products typically require a production lead time of 3–10 days. For delivery, we offer both DDP shipping and DHL air express. DDP shipping usually takes 10–15 days, with all taxes and duties covered on our end. DHL takes around 4–7 days, but customers may need to pay import duties. We also offer sea freight which takes approximately 30 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number via WhatsApp or Email.
Can I return the products and get a refund if I don’t like them?
Unfortunately, all custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their made-to-order nature. Thank you for your understanding.
